Who We Are
Just B U Inc. is a Virginia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals—especially women—to be their best selves through education, support, advocacy, wellness, and community connection.
Founded in 2019 by Yolanda Rawlings, Just B U Inc. was created from a passion for helping others overcome stigma, isolation, and life's challenges while building healthier, more empowered lives. What began as a vision to create safe spaces for women has grown into a trusted community resource offering health education, peer support, wellness programming, support groups, retreats, and community outreach.
We serve women living with, impacted by, or vulnerable to HIV, as well as individuals seeking support, healing, personal growth, and connection. Through our programs, we address issues such as HIV awareness, women's health, mental wellness, grief, self-care, stigma reduction, and overall well-being.
At Just B U Inc., we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, acknowledged, valued, and supported. Our work is rooted in compassion, lived experience, health equity, and the belief that healing happens when people are connected to information, resources, and community.
Every program, event, and initiative is designed to inspire hope, promote wellness, build resilience, and empower individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
