Our Story
Just B U Inc. was founded in 2019 from a vision rooted in faith, lived experience, and a passion for helping women recognize their worth.
Our Founder and CEO, Yolanda Rawlings, understands firsthand the challenges that many women face. As a woman living with HIV, a widow, caregiver, advocate, and community leader, Yolanda has experienced grief, stigma, life's unexpected transitions, and the importance of having people who encourage rather than judge.
Those experiences shaped the mission of Just B U Inc.—to create spaces where women feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to heal, and empowered enough to grow.
What began as a small vision has grown into a trusted community organization serving women through education, peer support, wellness, advocacy, storytelling, and community engagement.
Today, Just B U Inc. continues to meet women where they are, helping them build healthier, more confident, and more connected lives.

Yolanda Rawlings
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Yolanda Rawlings founded Just B U Inc. with a vision of creating spaces where women feel empowered to embrace their authentic selves.
Drawing from her lived experience, professional leadership, and years of community advocacy, Yolanda has dedicated her work to reducing stigma, improving health equity, and helping women recognize that their story, voice, and life experiences have value.
She believes that empowerment begins when women are given the opportunity to be heard, supported, educated, and encouraged.
